About Louis Petit

Louis Petit’s experience as an entrepreneur, businessman and successful realtor gives him the tools to meet the needs of all his clients.

Born and raised in Little Rock, Louis grew up in his family’s restaurant, Café Prego, where he learned at a young age all aspects of running a business.  Keeping with his entrepreneurial drive, and desire to start his own business, Louis moved to Florida in 2010. There he was part-owner of the awarding-winning restaurant “Louis Louis” in Santa Rosa Beach. Louis understands what it takes to start a company from scratch and his business acumen comes in handy when working with his commercial clients.

In addition to being a business owner, Louis obtained a Florida real estate license and first became involved in the real estate industry. Louis’s strong Arkansas ties compelled him to return and raise his own family in his hometown. As a realtor here he quickly became a Million Dollar Producer and earned a reputation of providing first-rate customer service.

Louis is a graduate of Catholic High school and earned a degree in History from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. When not working with his clients, you’ll likely find Louis on the basketball courts, soccer, baseball, or football field with one, or all, of his three young boys, Simon, Max, and Louis.
